Advantages: As real as it gets
Disadvantages: Very Little!

...This dvd tells the amazing story of Timothy Treadwell, the Grizzly Bear expert, how he lived and sadly, died with the animals he loved so much. The film is both touching and informative, not only do you get to learn a lot about the man himself, you also learn a lot about the magnificent animals he spent the last 13 years of his life with. If this were a film the story line may appear unbelievable but the fact that this is a true life documentary only adds weight to the powerful messages contained within. Treadwell comes across as, for want of a better way to put it, a bit weird throughout the film. However, spending so much time with animals and so little in civilisation it is almost expected. Advantages: Great story, told by a great film maker.
Disadvantages: DVD itself is a bit threadbear.

...Timothy Treadwell was an idiot. He went mostly alone, and unarmed, into practically the most remote nature reserve on the planet and took a one-man stance against abuse of the grizzly bear. When these vicious carnivores got too close, he would talk them out of it with a sappy, childish voice. Timothy Treadwell was ever so resourceful. The landscape involved is stunning through a camera but must be hellish in reality. However, he seems to have survived on whatever he took with him on the flying boat, or fished for, and never seemed to mind the inevitable mouthful of flies at every breath. Timothy Treadwell was very lucky. Surely hardly anyone else has been so close to two huge male grizzly bears fighting over a female. Advantages: Fantastic video for all those Bob fans!
Disadvantages: Just be careful what they think they can fix after watching it!

...This particular episode was released on the 18th of July 2005. It features episodes 4-8 from the new episodes on BBC2 and CBEEBIES called project built-it PROJECT: BUILD IT features Bob, Wendy and Bob's team of vehicles working together to build an environmentally friendly new place to live using natural materials, with a big issue made of recycling old products. In Chip off the Old Block, Wendy goes to live at sunflower valley, leaving noone to look after Bob's old yard. Who can look after it?
