This movie unlike the first one was a slight disappointment since it was just jackie chan, without Yuan Biao or Sammo Hung, but still it had great action that was filled with justice morals, The storyline to this movie is basically a corrupted officier is in charge of 3 regions of Hong Kong, therefore Jackie Chan who is a marine officer is given one of the corrupt guys regions, and his job is to capture all of the triad lords in the area, while at the same time he is being hunted down by the pirates who he defeated in the first project A movie, the story does not end there though, there is a sinster plot to the chinese Ching government being involved in hunting down rebels in hong kong,
