Advantages: More interaction between the Scooby gang than last season Disadvantages: None that I could see
...After all the passion and plot twists in season 2, the show winded down into a not so great season 4. But season 5 totally brings the level of acting, writing and entertainment of season 2. Better: it surpasses it. I must admit, the season starts off slow with a seemingly impossible development, but from episode 5 on, everything gets explained and Buffy must face her strongest opponent ever. This season also goes in a lot more detail about feelings, especially when the whole gang are faced with the death of someone close to them.
If you like Buffy for the action, then maybe you're better off watching Angel. But if you like Buffy for the passion, the humour and the plot twists, then grab some tissues, sit down and get ready for the best season yet....

Advantages: Very funny, light hearted comedy Disadvantages: Not enough episodes!
...This is a real comedy gem. It is based on a group of twenty somethings living in Runcorn. It stars Sheridan Smith, Natalie Casey, Will Mellor and Ralph Little. All of the cast perform brilliantly, particularly Smith and Casey. It has had bad reviews in the press, but when taken for what it is, a light hearted comedy, I think it is excellent. In my opinion it is aimed at late teens, and people in their twenties. It is very funny, if somewhat rude. Having both series 1 and 2 together makes it good value for money, and well worth buying. It is something you can watch again and again and still laugh. It has made me laugh out loud, which is something not many shows can do. Series4 has just aired on BBC3, so if you like this, there is more to come. Definately worth watching!...
