With the release of Alien Vs predator and the two disk special edition Predator 2 DVD's comes the collector's edition box set of predator 1 and 2!!
Predator is a pure killing machine that kills for fun, an alien who sees in infra red vision who can spot its pray by seeking body heat and has a brilliant sense of seeking hostile weaponry. A true predator to be scared of!
The two DVD collectors edition contains both films with bonus disks packed full of extras.
Predator 1
Predator 1 stars Arnold schwarzenegger in a action packed fight for survival!, a crack team of US solders are sent into jungle in central America to rescue hostages held by guerrilla fighters, as the story leads on "dutch" (schwarzenegger) finds out his mission is not a rescue mission but purely a mission to destroy a massive surveillance sight occupied by the gorillas. After finding another Us team of solders skinned alive, betrayed by his ex comrade and friend, Arnold gets his team and heads of to the pick up point. Here starts the killing spree! One by one the crack team of solders are picked off one by one, a truly gripping film that makes excellent viewing! A film not for the slight stomach either. Classic film lines like "if it bleeds we can kill it" and " you one ugly m***********" makes this film stand out against any other alien attempt at a film, the latter saying was also used in both Pradator 2 and A Vs P!

Disk 1 = the movie, audio commentary, interactive menu!

For me this is one of my fave films and an easy 5/5!!!!
Predator 2
This time predator returns in down town Los Angeles, a city with hardly any law run by and in chaos thanks to large gang warfare! Once again the predator is out to hunt for sport, killing anything with a weapon in its hand, This time the predator comes better equipped with greater offensive weapons and a need to kill like nothing you have ever seen!, Danny Glover stars as a hard headed cop out to try stop the gang warfare and soon finds himself up against a team of officers trying to capture the creature and up against the creature its self! As one of Glovers police friends is killed by the predator at a mass murder scene Glover himself trays to hunt the predator down, finding out that a team has been set up to catch it, and has been tracking its movements for weeks. Setting up a trap for the predator the team go into a slaughterhouse to catch it but the predator has other ideas as the team have underestimated its power and technology. Another gripping film, for me not as good as the first but still every enjoyable!,

Not as good as the first but still a good film 4/5!!!!
Packaging
The packaging consists of two DVD cases, which hold both the movie and bonus disks for each film, placed inside a sturdy card casing!
you can buy this box set for £29.99 from all good stores. but if you are not bothered about the s/edition case than you can buy the first film for about £6 and the second fof £14.99... ( from music zone) :)
