We got this dvd about 6months ago, and it is great. It has a all new feature length special and two new episodes. The total running time is 55minutes and it is rated Universal, suitable for all. Postman pat clowns around (feature length) when the circus has to cancel its visit to Greendale, the children are so dissapointed that they decide to put on their own show. Postman pat joins in with hilarious consequences! (I love the music when the people of greendale are hammering in the big tent, both my boys jig along to it!)
Postman pat and the runaway kite Its a windy day in Greendale and a kite festival is taking place. Jess the cat gets caught in a kite and ends up flying above and around greendale, with pat chasing after her. (Very funny)
Postman pat and a job well done Pats son Julian goes with his dad on his post round, julian has to find out all about different types of jobs for his school project. They talk to the vicar, the policeman, the train driver. They dont have much time to talk to everybody, so must race to finish the project before Julian has to be at school.
Both my sons love this dvd, its a perfect length and great value (i paid about £4 at a local shop)

I used to love Postman Pat as a child,. so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a newer version on TV. My Son (3) also seemed delighted, and that's why we decided to get a Postman Pat DVD. Postman Pat Clowns around consists of 3 episodes, each around 15-20 minutes long. All 3 episodes are entertaining, and my son's enjoyed watching this DVD over and over and over. The only slight niggle is the length, which comes in at just under an hour. To me, ... ...it too short, and so Postman Pat has to go on again straight after it's just finished. I don't think I'd pay over £4 for it, because of the length. However, one very good thing about the DVD is that there are no childrens' TV ads at the beginning to sift through or skip, it's just straight onto the menu. All in all, it's good to see Pat back on DVD, just don't pay too much for it. ...
