are simple enough to appeal to children. Some resemble real animals, such as Magicarp (carp), Ekans (snake) and tentacool (jellyfish). The human characters are also well animated. Most of the backgrounds and scenery in the episodes are also reaal good. Some of the scenes are quite picturesque. Voiceovers The voiceovers of the Pokémon are really annoying! All the pokémon say is their names (and variations of it, e.g. Pikachu says "Pika", "chu", "Pikachu", etc.) It does, eventually, get on your nerves. Conclusion Pokémon Volume 6 is a good video with three great episodes of the well-known TV series. I would recommend it to a friend, but most likely only people who saw it when it first aired will enjoy it. ...

I Choose You...Pikachu

Advantages: What advantage can there be with people like these trying to rob our kids?
Disadvantages: You need to take out a mortgage

What on earth did he see in them I thought. To me, it was another cheap asian cartoon with a pathetic story line. I never dreamt they would become as big as they have. A bunch of poorly thought up creatures with poorly thought up names battling each other. For those that have been fortunate enough to know nothing about this craze, it tells the story of 3 people called Ash, Misty and Brock (trainers), that go around collecting Pokemon and using them to do battle against other Pokemon Trainers. The star Pokemon is called Pikachu, and an evil duo, known as Team Rocket (Jesse and James), are out to steal him. Children were then subject to a very expensive hobby of collecting Pokemon cards, which they can too do battle against their friends Pokemon cards. Review of Pokemon

How I met your mother series 1

Advantages: Funny, a good sit com with a few good storylines
Disadvantages: Trying to be the "new" friends.

who we are told at some point in the show, is NOT the children's mother (so to me Ted and Robyns relationships are pointless as we know all along it's not going to work out somewhere along the line- this isn't a spoiler by the way, it is openly broadcast on the show when the children ask if Robyn is their mother!). The shows story isn't really believeable, for it to take 5 series (and it's still not over) so 5 years to tell your kids how you met their mother is too long for this kind fo story to take, you wouldn't go into so much detail, and you'd simply say I met her this way. But it is an interesting story and your always waiting for Ted to meet a woman who he falls for. This first story is pretty much establishing the story and all of the characters.
