PLANET EARTH
'Planet Earth' is a longitudinal study of our world with everything involved from climate right through to animals and wonders of the world. This documentary is full of detail and exciting facts that will intrigue everyone who watches it. A camera crew go all around the world to give us at home the best understanding of everything and anything. If you have an interest in geography this is the perfect thing to watch. It is the best documentary i have ever took the time and effort to watch, and yes it will take you a while to watch through the whole thing as it lasts over a total of 10 hours. Some topics you will be interested in more than others so the divided the dvds up into categorys for example one disc contains: CAVES DESERTS ICE WORLDS
So you can watch what you want, when you want to. This documentary really did make me appreciate our planet, and help me realise how big and beautiful it really is. When watching it is a spectacular scene of both underwater and mountain high landscapes, and helping us understand what creatures and animals live where they do and how.
Who? Where? When? What? Why? This documentary will astonish everyone who watches it and make you want to travel to some of the most beautiful places in the world.
This documentary suits all ages and will educate young people to how the world works and why animals eat each other. However there is scenes of animal violence involved it isnt anything off-putting. Included is the diarys of the camera team on set and a behind the scenes look at the making of PLANET EARTH.
I would recommend anyone who doesnt have this to buy it, it is a must have for all DVD collectors, animal lovers and geography students of all ages. Also would make a perfect gift.
Series has been previously broadcasted on TV.
