Anything where the main character plays a camp, drunk pirate has to be good, and lucky us we were blessed with another. Johnny depp is perfect for this role, his obsession with rum, and just general character traits have been carried on nicely, he's stayed true to the character (which can't be easy to play). i know there's been alot of hype about this film, and alot of people feel that they have been cheated once they watch it. But i don't feel that way, i have to say it was a brilliant film, seemed well put together and everything flowed just right. there's violence, comedy, drama, a nicely linked in plot from the previous film. All i can say is, if you want to enjoy the film don't get sucked into the hype, you will only expect far more than there actually is.
enjoy it.

I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good? If you add to this, or if you change it to be posted as a "Film Only" review, which can be done by accessing "edit review" above the review and changing the drop down menu under the "Which format are you reviewing?" question at the bottom, please let me know and I'll re-rate.
