This pilates dvd consists of a warm up, 2 different work outs and and a section on post birth exercises. The instructor also teaches you how to regain deep muscle tone and flatten your tummy after having your baby.
During my pregnancy i put on a lot of weight so decided to get a dvd when i was around 28 weeks pregnant. This dvd has two workouts for during and after pregnancy. The exercises are meant to help gently tone your body to help it through your pregnancy and make it stronger. Ok i must admit i found this dvd a bit of a flop- maybe because im lazy? i think i did it 3 times and it just bored me! I think if this dvd is going to work for you have to be very motivated and really want to do it. I also found it quite hard to take it all in and i think theres a good chance i wasn't doing all the exercises exactly the way they were meant to be done. As for the 2nd workout for after pregnancy, i never even got around to trying that one!! I think if you want to do yoga or pilates during pregnancy i would recommend going to a class!
