As for the 2nd workout for after pregnancy, i never even got around to trying that one!!

The exercises are meant to help gently tone your body to help it through your pregnancy and make it stronger. Ok i must admit i found this dvd a bit of a flop- maybe because im lazy? i think i did it 3 times and it just bored me! I think if this dvd is going to work for you have to be very motivated and really want to do it. I also found it quite hard to take it all in and i think theres a good chance i wasn't doing all the exercises exactly the way they were meant to be done. As for the 2nd workout for after pregnancy, i never even got around to trying that one!! I think if you want to do yoga or pilates during pregnancy i would recommend going to a class!

Pilates in Pregnancy was a very good buy. I started the DVD when only 3 months pregnant and carried it on until nearly the final weeks.
I would advise anyone buying this DVD to spend the first session just watching it. You need to concentrate to get the moves right - they are not hard, but you need to get them right to feel the difference in your body.
