...This is a very touching film, if you haven't seen it I would recommend it.
The film is about the bombing of PearlHarbour, which was attacked by the Japanese.
They Japanese had planned this for sometime and the American knew nothing about it. They couldn't film the Japanese ships, although they knew that they had gone, but they didn't no where.

One day one of the young boys fathers came home and left his plane in there garden, with the keys in, and of course they young boys go in and they plane starts to take off. Only slightly.
Then it goes onto when they are in the army and they have been trained properly to fly the planes. They had to go...

...Pearl Harbor is a classic example of a Hollywood war film, a vehicle which makes the second world war look glorious, virtuous and sexy. While the second world war was nothing like this, an audience can do nothing to change this impression other than demand the production of more historically accurate films, like the opening sequence of Saving Private Ryan (1998). This opening sequence is seen by many modern historians as the most historically accurate portrayal of the Normandy Landings.
Pearl Harbor is a 'high concept' film - "instantly memorable and has immediate saleability". People call the film industry 'show business' for a reason - it is a business and their first and foremost aim is to make money - they are not going to 'green light' a film that is not going to bring in money. This means if a film is historically inaccurate...
