...'s only 4 episodes with a 4 hour track time. But they are helpful - not essential. Paul McKenna wants his audience to know that they can do it all without his help - that's what he said at the end of the 4th show when people started to think it's all over, but in fact it had just begun. I lost 4kg on this programme and I am proud to be part of the biggest weight loss experiment on the planet - millions of people watched it, many many people were in the audience in January, and Paul arranged an online webchat for people to join and ask him questions --- May I add, the first night went all wrong, Paul was to join us at skyone's webchat at 10pm when his show ends on tv and the room flooded with over 1000 guests and no one could read or write anything as all you could see were people entering the room for 1 whole hour! Yeah right!" and had a good chuckle about it. Anyhow I had thought about it over a few days and thought, do you know what? I've tried everything else so why not? I'm up for a laugh! ...myself starting to over eat I just read the book again to remind myself of the ideas in it. There is also a handy list in the book, it is a hunger scale. 1. Physically faint 2. Ravenous 3.Fairly hungry 4. Slightly hungry 5.Neutral 6. Pleasantly satisfied 7. Full 8.Stuffed 9.Bloated 10.Nauseus He says that before you eat anything, ask yourself to rate how hungry you feel, and you should only eat when you are at number 3 or 4. Sounds simple doesnt it, but it worked for me. It probably wont work for everyone, my husband thinks that hypnotism is a load of rubbish, he tried to give up smoking and saw various hypnotists and they didnt work because he didnt want to believe in it. Paul McKenna also says that when eating you should really eat slowly, think about how the food tastes, enjoy every mouthful, again this makes sense... Read review
