An Indian woman comes across a wrecked Viking ship, and finds a young Viking boy who is, apparently, the only survivor. Taking the child back to her village, she coaxes the elders to allow the boy, whom she names Ghost, to remain within the village, and adopts him as her own. Advantages: All season 1 episodes of original TV series in colour Disadvantages: none
...I have been a fan of the TVseries of Bewitched since I was little and it was on weekday mornings on TV which meant i only got to watch it when I was ill and off from school! This is 4 discs with all the episodes of season 1 in colour. The packaging design in really nice with the discs all displayed and a booklet with all the episode names and a small synopsis by disc. It is a classic TVseries about a witch who marries a mortal (human) being. and about her everyday life which includes troublsome and lovable family members.
There are not many extras but i didnt expect many as it is from the 60s. The documentary is intresting to see how it started and it tells you great facts eg. Samatha was the first character on TV who had divorced parents and many more.

...Finally, the BBC has released Blackadder onto DVD. Just like some of the new DVDs from the BBC (The planets and Walking with Dinosars) the quality of this is unrivalled.
The first Blackadder Series is set in the Medieval ages and is often the episodes that you may have missed as they seem to be the least replayed on television. They are not as good as the episodes from Season 2 set in the trenches however they are still teribly funny and certainly a decent addition to your collection.
The quality of the DVD itself is acceptable. Old televisionseries do not seem to go to DVD that easily and there is certanly nothing outstanding about this transfer however it is still far superior to VHS!...
