The first series includes the episode 'White Light Fever', in which a brilliant cardiologist may have found a way to avoid death, and 'Living Hell', in which an experimental brain implant goes horribly awry when an unfortunate young man begins experiencing horrific visions. Other episodes include 'Corner of the Eye', 'Dark Matters', and 'Caught in the Act'. The revolving cast in the first series included Beau Bridges (INTO THE WEST), Kelly Rowan (THE O.C.), Alyssa Milano (WHO'S THE BOSS, CHARMED), and Leonard Nimoy (STAR TREK).

...The Boxset is a must have for any Friends Lover. if you watch re-runs of the show on tv and can say every line of any episode, your a fan, so go get this Boxset. it includes every season, with bonus extras, out-takes, and bloobers from each season. the best part about it is that you will have them all, and you won't have to go looking online for free channels to watch it, or wait every day to the late hours of the night just to enjoy an episode or two. you can sift through any season anytime your feeling a little down, and you need a friends pick me up! this is great series and you should probably look into getting it if your a true fan of Friends...

Advantages: A fantastic fantastic series Disadvantages: Some of the 70s references will be lost on younger people.
...by compelling plot and complex characters.
The DVD Extras are pretty good too (though perhaps there are a little fewer than I'd of liked, but I think I' m just being to eager to enjoy more things about the series) with commentaries and documentaries.
Life On Mars is a great DVDset and I highly recommend it....

The First Series1 to 7 BoxSet is stuffed with over 50 different episodes listed below. The great thing about this BoxSet is that there is no particular order you must follow.
There is a vast range of story lines for you to follow which do not overlap with episodes. You could start in reverse order and I guarantee unlike other programmes,
you will fully understand from scene to scene without having a specific order to follow.
This will allow you and others to view episodes individually at your own choice and leisure.
Here you have an almost complete package of Classic British Comedy for both teenagers and adults.
The only thing missing is that it does not feature each & every episode ever made for BBC Television.
But the BoxSet is a great introduction to those who have unfortunately not as of yet discovered 'Only Fools & Horses' as...
