Only Fools and Horses is an absolute legendary tv series and was one of the only great British comedies in the past few years. The partnership between Del and Rodney is heartwarming and you can not help but roll over in stitches at their comedy capers!
Even though I have seen all the episodes when I purchased the box set and watched them all again I found that there was so much I missed - you definitely need to watch them all more than twice!
Best thing about it is you have all the series in one big box so you do not have to move from your tv - only to keep topping up the refreshments.
You can never get bored of watching these timeless classic episodes of the best comedy series ever! Trigger is my favourite character as who could honestly still have the same sweeping brush after numerous handle and head changes? Noone else could get away with being so dumb but Trigger. Del is a great main character with his dodgy dealings down Peckham market and his side kick brother looking out for him while he tries to con as many people as possible.
Even though Del is a dodgy dealer you cannot help but love him as you know deep down he has a big heart and really does care about his family, significant other and his Uncle!!
The number one episode is when Del is pretending to be a Yuppy and tells Trigger to keep his cool - I very much doubt Trigger would get hot under the collar in a million years but funnily enough it is Del who ends up being the laughing stock when he falls through an open bar door in front of two City women that they are trying to impress in a nice wine bar.
A classic episode that I am sure everyone rates very highly!
There are no special add ons to the dvds - they are the typical BBC dvd what you see is what you get and they are only the series not the Christmas specials which have to be purchased separately.
The box set is a great touch and inside the discs are in individual covers - it gives the dvds a touch more class, makes them look special and they are easy enough to put away. Also makes it look more colourful too!
We bought the box set from Play.com fr £66.99 which is reasonable as it was delivered straight to our door. It is a much better option to buy the whole series in a box set as it is an awful lot cheaper than buying separate series - have learnt my lesson from the Friends DVD's!
This box set would be recommended as a great present for any family member especially for this Christmas and they would never forget the best present you gave them.
Th box set includes: (sorry this is a quote otherwise I would be doing this review all day! This is quoted from Play.com)

As previously mentioned the Christmas specials are not inlcuded which is a shame as it is always nice to own the whole collection but do not fear they are available also in box sets to carry on the theme of this box set.
