Derek Charles is a successful asset manager with a seemingly ideal life; he?s just moved into a great new house and is blissfully happy with his beautiful wife Sharon and their son. But all that is threatened when he bumps into the leggy Lisa in the lift at work. She?s a temp who manages to worm her way into his life after he indulges in a little harmless flirting. Soon she?s following him everywhere and making demands. Derek is embarrassed, so doesn?t tell his wife anything. But soon his lies come back to haunt him and he has to protect all he has as Lisa becomes evermore obsessive?
Director Steve Shill?s background in directing for television (he used to direct ?Eastenders? amongst others) shows through in every frame of this ill-advised attempt at a stalker movie. It looks like it was made on a student budget thanks to the grainy ...

Advantages: Decent enough ending Disadvantages: The acting, the music, the production... pretty much everything!
obvious advances towards Derek which Derek shrugs off as a crush however Derek is unaware that things are soon to turn nasty and his wife and young son may be in grave danger...
When I saw previews about Obsessed I became very captivated as this is just the sort of film that I enjoy. After recently seeing Fatal Attraction for the first time I was hoping for another version of that as it was a fantastic film. Therefore the first chance I got, I went to see this with some friends expecting to see a tense, taut thriller that we would all thoroughly enjoy.
Unfortunately that wasn't quite the case, this film lasts around an hour and 45 minutes which to my mind is an hour too long. The film doesn't get going until about 45 minutes in and by that time we were already deliberating whether to leave the cinema or not, in the end we decided we had ...

Advantages: None that I can think of Disadvantages: Toom many too list - Just an awful fragrance
What kind of present do you buy a family member that has given you no indication of what they would like? That?s it, some fragrance. This is exactly what my younger sister did for me however, she ended up getting it really wrong.
Rather than playing it safe and asking my other half what I usually wear and getting me some of that she decided to go it alone and take a punt on something new.
The product she chose was Obsession for men from Calvin Klein. Having disliked CK1, CKBe and the CK fragrance stored in a plastic pencil case (the name of which escapes me) I have never been a fan of Calvin Klein fragrance in the past but since it was a gift I gratefully accepted it.
****Packaging/bottle****
Considering this is meant to be a man?s fragrance this is one of the most feminine bottles that I have ever seen.
The bottle is ...

DVD Description
In one of director Brian DePalma's (DRESSED TO KILL, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE) many cinematic tributes to Hitchcock (this one borrows from VERTIGO), Cliff Robertson portrays an American businessman whose wife and child are killed in a botched kidnap rescue effort. Years later, while in Italy, the still-distraught widower begins an affair with a woman (Genevieve Bujold) whose resemblance to his late wife is rather uncanny. The script was co-written by Paul Schrader (TAXI DRIVER, RAGING BULL).
