Advantages: A couple of quality matches Disadvantages: Card, Ending, Main Event
...WWE No Mercy looks to have a very weak card. The Main Event didnt look terrificly strong. The fact is ...The Main Event had to be one of the worst on the card. The Main Event was JBL Vs The Undertaker in a "Last Ride" Match. The objective is to put the oppenent in a Hearse. Unfortunately, the match itself was fairly strong except the ending. "Heidenreich", then a heel new boy, intervened and threw Undertaker in the Hearse. He then drove a truck into the hearse. This was part of a feud that woudl developed to move Undertaker on from JBL and onto Heidenreich. The U.S Championship was also at stake on the card. John Cena vs Booker T in the final "Best Of Five" Series Match. This Series is obviously at 2-2 and it produced a good quality match lasting just over 10 minutes. The match though, in my opinion, could have been the show...

...to be thankful for small mercies. This DVD is a shining example of this. The producers could have crammed the disc with 'exciting' extras galore, hoping to sell it to DVD nerds, but it seems that hey have taken pity on the poor DVD buying public and have left the disc completely devoid of ANY merit whatsoever. Ie. There are no extras at all.
OPINION & CONCLUSION
You know you are watching a duffer when one of the characters is called Spanky. Even more so when he is an ultra-thick Englishman with an exaggerated accent. When the local nightclub owner speaks with a comically thick Slav accent and the main villain is a psychotic Russian with St. Vitus' Dance (I kid you not), you don't know whether to laugh or cry, or even cry with laughter.
All these little things are in this film, along with a farcical car chase in which, at one point, the completely...

Advantages: Fun campy Pirate romp Disadvantages: OK, "Pirates of the Caribbean" it ain't
...Starring:
Charles Laughton as Captain Kidd
Randolph Scott as Adam Mercy
John Carradine as Orange Povey
Gilbert Roland as Jose Lorenzo
Reginald Owen as Cary Shadwell
It's 1699 and this is a really fun old romp about treacherous and ruthless pirate Captain Kidd, played with gusto by the great Charles Laughton.
Kidd decides to hire posh manservant Shadwell to give him elecution lessons and tips on how to behave in front of polite society - eg, Shadwell instructs him 'A gentleman never sucks his teeth, sir. Many a man's social career has been ruined by less, sir,' to which Captain replies, impressed, 'You seem to know your business.' With the help of Shadwell's handy hints, Kidd manages to come across (just about) well enough to persuade King William III to let him and his crew 'escort' a big merchant ship carrying a humungous...

Advantages: good films Disadvantages: very innacurate
...The americans seem to lie about hundreds of things, they believe that the mexican wave originated in Washington, not at the mexican world cup. The patriot is a film that portrays the english as vicious baby and child killers with no mercy or heart, this is all bull. A great scouse hero, i forget his name, is portrayed in the film as a monster. this is however not the only film in which they lie to make the americans seem like a lovely heroic nation. in that u-boat film, they claim that it was an american team that stole the enigma machine where it was in fact a swiss and british team, thousands of people will know think that it was the americans who stole the enigma machine helping in a major way to end the war, they are all liers!...
