Advantages: Lots of great goals on this DVD by players who have represented Newcastle United Football Club
Disadvantages: also alot of not so good goals! who have represented Newcastle United, but it doesnt matter how they go in!!

...This is a DVD that contains alot of great Newcastle United goals, but also alot of not so good Newcastle goals!! If you are a Newcastle fan i suppose it doesnt really matter how the goals go in just as long as they do. At the moment in time goals from anywhere would be an advantage. Newcastle could do with an Alan Shearer and Les Ferdinand kind of partnership when they were in their prime. Goals from Newcastle legends such as Alan Shearer, Peter Beardsley, Andy Cole, David Ginola, Micky Quinn, Les Ferdinand and Malcolm McDonald to name but a few feature on the DVD. Some goals you will remember and some you will instantly forget! A great item to have if you enjoy football and most importantly goals, even if you are not a Newcastle United fan... Read review

...Even though I support Newcastle United, I have to admit I am a big admirer of Chelsea and it was great to see them finally win only their second ever league title after such a long wait. On the 30th of April 2005 it was finally their moment once again. 04/05 was a record breaking season, apart from the loss against Manchester City and the bad refereeing in the Champions League against Liverpool (it was NOT a goal!!) it was a season most teams can only dream of. Chelsea scored a record number of points, they conceded the fewest goals and kept the most clean sheets in the history of the Premiership. This is the best football DVD I have come across, whereas most review DVDs are approximatilly 90-100 minutes this one is a massive 245 minutes long! A nice feature is that before the highlights of every game, the team and formation is shown... Read review

Advantages: Exciting, entertaining, innovative

...-hopers into the midst of the European elite- it is a pulsating watch, for any football fan- it's an opportunity to see a footballing miracle. All the big wins of an incredible season for the blues are here- the majestic derby win at Goodison, the win against Manchester United (the first for ten years) and the victory over Newcastle that secured Everton a place in the Champions League- all major moments in a season that defied belief for Evertonians and critics alike. The whole nature of Everton's 4th place finish leads for a very different DVD- one not just a normal bog-standard season review DVD, the usual mundane match-by-match feature- this DVD features past greats such as Duncan McKenzie and the late, great Brian Labone giving their insight on a historic season- this all adds to the entertainment, and emphasises that finishing 4th was just as great...
