Inside the Lions Den!For the first time ever in New Zealand the Lions were accompanied by a film crew, recording every detail of an incredible six week adventure, from the moment they left the UK to the last kick of the third and final test in Auckland. This amazing film takes you behind the scenes with the biggest names in British & Irish rugby. Sir Clive Woodward reveals his battle plans, while Lawrence Dallaglio and Brian O'Driscoll lift the lid on the moment their tours came to an abrupt end; and much, much more.Only once, in rugby history, had the British & Irish Lions conquered the mighty All Blacks on New Zealand soil. The task was a massive one and Inside the Lions Den reveals the passion and the pride of the touring party as they battled to achieve an almost impossible dream.Off the field they planned, trained and worked as a truly professional unit. On the field the Lions were confronted with an awesome challenge and some of the most physical and highly skilled performers in the Southern Hemisphere.Emotive, often hilarious, occasionally desperately sad, but always absolutely riveting, this is the film all rugby fans have been waiting for. The follow up to the ground breaking documentaries Living with Lions and Up Close and Personal - this is life 'Inside the Lions Den'.

...is an older wrestler with great submission skills. This is going to be a great fight and to find out more checkout www.ufc.tv
Ken started as a troubled streetwise kid, he spent a lot of time on the wrong side of the law. This could be put down to bad parenting. The only thing that he did well in at school was sport. He had a natural talent for anything physical and was a tremendous athlete. I don't want to spoil anything too much so all I will say is he almost ends his hopes with injuries and has to resort to other ways of making money. The sort of things big strong guys that like to fight are good at, street fighting for money. Inside the LionsDen gives a good insight and amount of depth into Ken's troubled years in and out of school.
The next major chapter in Ken's life begins with making it into Japanese wrestling and going to...

Advantages: £ star hotel near to town centre Disadvantages: Oldy worldy, small car park
...Forty years ago as a student at a catering college, I went to work along with several other friends as a waitress at a ball at a prestigious hotel in Shrewsbury. For this I earned the princely sum of £1.00 and a meal! Extortion comes to mind!
Things have moved on and last week I went to the same hotel, now under new management and this time I was waited on, and enjoyed the experience much better.
The Lion hotel is reported as being a 16th century coaching inn, situated at the top of Wyle Cop, a hill leading into the town, just after crossing the English Bridge and it is a Grade I listed building. It is a great situation for exploring the lovely streets with beautiful black and white houses and shops. Shrewsbury is the county town of Shropshire in the West Midlands and is a historic market town.
As you enter from the main road...

Advantages: Somewhere very diiferent, Maori culture, boiling mud and geysers Disadvantages: the smell was a little off putting, Maori evening was awful
...ROTORUA:
Rotorua is on the North island of New Zealand almost in the middle about three hours drive from Auckland and six from Wellington.
We stayed at the Sudima Hotel right beside Lake Rotorua and as we got off the bus the interesting sulphur smell of Rotorua greeted us. It is quite a strong rotten egg sort of smell that gets in to everywhere. I didn?t find it too revolting but others in our group found it very over powering and complained constantly that it even pervaded the air-conditioning in the rooms.
The town is quite small enough to walk around the main sights, the lovely steaming lake and the park alongside it and all the way to Ohinemutu. On our first evening we went to the Tamika Maori evening ( see separate review on this one)
