...As a long time sufferer of GAD, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression I think I can call myself experienced, Big things are promised from the Linden Method which unfortunatly it doesn't deliver, As I said I have suffered for about 9 years, It may well work if you are new to anxiety but no good for long time sufferers, All the information contained within the Linden method can be found elsewhere on the net for free. It comes with a manual and 5 CD's, the relaxation CD is good and does relax you but again I'm sure you could find similar for free on the net. All in all the Linden Method is no where near detailed enough and it misses one vital point in the recovery of anxiety and that is positive thinking, which really is the way out of anxiety disorder.... Advantages: brilliant movie
Disadvantages: a tad slow, ending hastened

...to 1994 , starting from his life at the university wherein he submits a paper on a revolutionary theory , to his life thereafter, wherein he falls in love with his student, is diagnosed for Schizophrenia and how he fights this neuro disorder and comes out trumps. I am tempted to take you through the entire story but I would be cheating many people who would read this review . I would give it away and take away the charm of the movie, it has got some great twists which are very cleverly woven in to keep the viewer constantly engaged. This movie showcases two important values : The ability to fight through a disorder , almost living with it but still leading ones own life and ultimately winning a Nobel Prize. Love , love of a wife to a husband with a mental problem , her encouragement her faith in him , all this in a world when couples don... Read review
