I bought this DVD as I decided I didn't necessarily want to lose weight but just wanted to improve my general fitness. However, I soon got bored with it and it hasn't been used for a number of weeks now.

At first i felt quite motivated and determined and this was encouraged by the fact the DVD allows you to 'bail out' at certain points - I used this to set myself a new target, so each time i did the DVD I would try to reach another 'bail out' section. In total, I think there are 5 or 6 different points in which you can bail out before completing the cardio section.

***The Introduction***

The DVD starts with Nell giving a brief introduction and explanation of the DVD.

***Workout 1***

This is the warm up section which takes you through some war up exercises such as marching on the spot, and then also some stretches to prepare you for what is to come!

***Workout 2***

This is the cardio section, which is broken down into about 5 different sections allowing you to bail out if you need too. This is mainly centred around jogging on the spot, star jumps etc, but concentrates A LOT on the arms. This is something that I really felt, and I hadn't realised how much you can use your arms doing exercises like these!

***Workout 3***

Please note that workout 3 requires dumbells. These are something that I still haven't bothered to buy and have always just jumped through this. This part also focuses on the stomach, bum and abs with a number of sit-ups, press-ups etc

Overall, I did find this a good workout which really makes you sweat. I found that over the time that I did it, I felt more energetic and my fitness improved. I think if you continued to do this on a regular basis you would soon see your body changing.

The music on this DVD is dance music, which even if you don't particularly like, it is really suitable for the type of workout.

Nell doesn't speak at all throughout the workout, with the instructor doing all the talking. It is also filmed as a class, with several others taking part in the workout as well.

Overall a good workout if you are prepared for some hard work, but I wouldn't recommend it for complete beginners.
