I have bought many workout DVD's and for a long time have been searching for one that can offer as intensive and effective a workout that you can do at a gym or a workout class. Normally workout DVD's are not very high impact and I have felt that I am not doing as good a workout as I would like. This is understandable as many workout DVD's are aimed at beginners or people from all fitness ranges. These DVD's are ideal for people who are less fit or are just starting out on a fitness regime, but for people looking to do a harder workout are not as satisfactory. My sister had purchased a Nell McAndrew fitness DVD and highly recommended it, so I thought I would give it a try. I was very impressed and really felt like I had done a really good workout by the end of it.
Initially on the first few times I did the workout, I could not do the whole DVD as I found it too hard so it was a really good challenge for me. As I persisted with the DVD I could do more and more and I could see massive results and feel my fitness levels increasing rapidly. Due to this DVD being challenging I have not become bored of it and use it regularly, so it has worked out to be very good value for money! I still do the workout nearly every day and I have had this DVD for nearly two years! I can now do the workout all of the way through every time and I feel fit and rejuvinated!
Nell McAndrews Maximum Impact is her second workout DVD. She has a previous workout DVD called Peak Energy. The Peak Energy workout is extremely intensive and is high impact all of the way through. With the Maximum Impact DVD you benefit from it being high impact but at intervals so it is more manageable. If you are at an intermediate level I would start with the Maximum Impact DVD and work your way up to the Peak Energy DVD as your fitness levels rise.
I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone who does not have the time to go to the gym, but wants a workout that is just as effective. You will feel your energy levels rise and will reach your target weight and fitness levels in no time!

Good comments on the results etc. but for information on a product purchase there wasn't quite enough. People would want to know what types of exercise are included on the DVD and which areas of the body it works on.

Advantages: Really good fun and a fabulous workout. I love the addition of the boxing moves. Disadvantages: There is no proper cool down session and not enough stretching after the aerobics section!
