This DVD is an absolute must for all avid Neighbours fans. It contains 14 of the most classic episodes over two DVDs, from Scott and Charlene's wedding to Libby giving birth to Ben.
For me, the highlight it Madge's death (that sounds a bit disrespectful, doesn't it?) - it never fails to bring me to tears, even now! The one major downside is that although the DVD is supposed to be births, marriages and deaths, they have left out some shockers. For example, there is no Cheryl's death or Drew's death (the shortest death of all time!) or Toadie and Dee's wedding . The bonus extras are also appalling. There is a photo gallery of the cast on disc 1, but that's it. They could have found so many more exciting bonus features, like interviews, backstage gossip, etc.

I would say that this is a great purchase if you are really into the show and have watched it for years (like me!). It's probably not very exciting if you have only recently started watching, as the joy of this DVD is reminiscing about old characters and storylines.

i think neighbours is one of the best ever shows ever done. it has engrossed me for many years and have not ever missed an episode. this dvd is a compilation of old episodes, with the births deaths and marriges adn for any neighbours fan is a must have. it is noit the best put together dvd but for a real fan i would advise it so you can rekindle all those old memories that we all remember and want to see over and over again.
