Want to achieve results? Want to get slimmer and tone up? Want to not be made to feel fat, unfit or useless?
This is the dvd for you!
Natalie Cassidy is honest and her trainer Dee Thrasher is kind, friendly and helpful. The dvd has a warm up session, a cool down session and two workout sessions- one is a fat burner called sweat and the other is a combat based set called punch.
The warm up - is great, it burns fat and is great because it gets you going when you start from a cold and dont feel like training :D
The sweat - excellent mix of cardio and fat burning sessions, the fat burning occurs just when your heart rate is high and just when your tired, but really works! i love this one and would recommend.
The punch - is fun and get a good all over training, cardio work and does all over toning. Can be hard work.
The cool down - calming and works at reducing muscle ache the next day. The crunches are really hard, dont worry if you cant do them all at once, even doing some shows improvements. Build up how many you can do each time.
If not doing much fitness at the moment, try doing the warm up, the sweat or punch, and the cool down, rather than all 4 sections. This takes about 30 mins.

Sorry to see you have been caught up in the whole cheating thing ( there has been a lot of it about recently), If I were you I would message said member and ask them where they think you have copied it from, I'm sure if they realise they were mistaken they will rerate accordingly.

Yes, I can understand why someone may think it could be a copy - it bears properties of a quick fire selling arrangement.. the sort of thing you might see from someone selling the product rather than objectively looking at it. But I find no evidence it is copied... it's a helpful review... generally speaking more information for higher ratings.

I have no idea why you have been accused of copying this. If a member accuses another of copying it is at least courtesy to give the URL of where the review has been previously published and a query as to whether they are the original author. In this case, perhaps contact the member who has accused you of copying and ask them to justify their rating. Lexy
