Ok when I first bought this DVD I was a little sceptical as most people would understandably be what with the recent articles in the newspaper about Natalie Cassidy losing an incredible amount of weight only to find a few monthes later she's piled the pounds back on. But feeling I could do with toning up a bit I decided to give it a go...what did I have to lose apart from some unwanted wobbly bits.
The DVD currently retailing at anything from about £14 upwards is available to buy both online and in various outlets on the highstreet. It comes in an attractive and in some ways psychological case showing Natalie with her slender newer figure against a backdrop of her former self.
The workout featured in this DVD was produced by fitness instructer Dee Thresher who also helped aid former Eastenders actress Charlie Brook back into shape. This workout is broken into four separate sections. The first being a ten minute warm-up which consists of an aerobic body warm-up with the addition of the vital muscle stretches before you continue on to the next two gruelling steps.
The following two sections are called "Sweat" and "Punch". They consist of about 15 minutes each and include lots of "high intensity fat burning" moves...for example lunges, squats, punchs, sprints on the spot and high kicks. In my opinion it's quite apt that one of these sections is called sweat because by the end of it I was glowing.
Perhaps I should also highlight that the workout although many may find easy does in some places require a little more attention as the moves do tend to change quickly. In my opinion you should have the moves off by heart within your second viewing and they repeat each move eight times for you to catch on.
The final part "Crunches" targets toning up the muscles (rather than fat burning) using various techniques including sit ups, press ups and cool down moves.
Overall I think this DVD is well worth investing in not only is it fun to do and not labourious like other forms of exercise but I have noticed a difference within two weeks of using it. They also throw in a healthy eating plan as an added extra to give you an idea of healthier options to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Advantages: Choose which sections you do, notice effects after a few workouts, good for unfits. Disadvantages: some moves are hard first time to get. hearing the jokes more than once :P
