I brought this DVD back an January, On the first go my arms and legs were all over the place. I started off doing this every other day and weighed myself on the second week from doing the whole of the workout and lost 5 pounds.
As soon as you start its seems pretty simple and its not till you get properly warmed up it gets harder and harder. The worse but for my is the sweat workout and its called sweat for a reason.
You do need alot of room though for this workout as your arms are flying everywhere.
This is a good DVD but you do have to be more careful if you have had any injuries that hasn't mended well due to you are always moving your whole body and the same time. I have a dodgy ankle due to braking it about 3 years ago and half way through the workout i started to notice it was hurting more and more so i have to strap it up very well before i can do the dvd.
The DVD says pregnant women can also use the dvd but i cant see how as i wouldn't as you are always jumping up and down its a fast work out it lasts about just over an hour including the warm up and cool down.
The DVD is broken up to sections which i think is good as, as oon as you have done the warm up which is section 1 you know you only have to do 3 more sections and the last section being the cool down so you are nearly there.
The music is good to workout to as its up beat and fast.
I gave this dvd to my mum to see what she thought to it but it was to fast for her so i would say its more for the younger generation.
The price i paid was from ASDA for £9.97.
I have been doing this DVD for a while now and i started getting to grips with it after 3-4 weeks, There are times that i couldn't be bothered to do it and as soon as i saw Natalie Cassidy on the front i thought i better do it, so i suppose its good that they put the before and after picture on the front.
At the start they show you a few short clips of Natalie Cassidy doing the workout before she is how she is now, I started feeling the effects after 3 weeks.
The Instructor is helpful and makes you feel happy doing it.
I would definitely recommend this DVD to people.

Advantages: Choose which sections you do, notice effects after a few workouts, good for unfits. Disadvantages: some moves are hard first time to get. hearing the jokes more than once :P
