well i decided 2008 would be keep fit year, i decided to get a fitness dvd i did some research and bought natalie cassidy's for £17.99 but can get cheaper if you shop around. I suppose I'm not the ideal candidate for fitness dvd being overweight, having medical conditions and being disabled but thought i would give it a go anyway.
the now and then natalie looks amazing on the cover, and natalie looks amazing on the dvd, I weighed myself first, and i was actually surprised at how fun i found it, it did make you sweat though, i only managed 30 minutes before i got tired, but was amazed when i got on the scales i'd lost 1lb....
The exercises are relatively easy, if i can do them any able bodied person can, I found the standing on one leg difficult. and multi exercises due to my disability, but im still going to keep on using it, also there is a meal planner included on the dvd.
Only small drawback i found is they breeze through the exercises, and your always trying to play catch up, and the starjumps are not much good if your top heavy, but this was my first go at the dvd.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
update: my final update as i am leaving ciao.
6wks in and ive lost 2 stone with using the dvd every day for an hour a time.

well the exercises vary from the start and they are hard to describe,they are cardio vascular exercises, using a combination of leg and arm movements, to punch a form of squats and boxing, to mat exercises, and final stretch exercises. Why dont you go and pick it up in a shop and look on the back it tells you. Or are you to busy making stupid comments on people's reviews!!!!!

Sorry for the low rating, but I need a lot more information on the exercises etc, as I am planning on buying this and would like to find out a bit about it. What are they like? How is the DVD structured? Amy xx
Advantages: Choose which sections you do, notice effects after a few workouts, good for unfits. Disadvantages: some moves are hard first time to get. hearing the jokes more than once :P
