Film - My Best Friend's Wedding Stars - Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz , Dermot Mulroney You'll like this if you like - Rom Coms, Cameron Diaz
Plot - Julia Roberts plays Julianne a woman whos best friend Michael (Dermot Mulroney) is getting married. The two friends have had a pact that if neither of them were married by 28 they would marry each other and now that Michael is getting married, Julianne realises that she loves him. Unfortunately she has his beautiful fiancé Kimmy (Cameron Diaz) to contend with. Julianne enlists the help of her gay editor friend in a plot to win the affections of Michael before its too late. Will she succeed or lose him forever?
Whats it like? - Julia Roberts does what she does best in another heart wrenching romantic comedy. Cameron Diaz in incredibly lovable as the young and naive Kimmy and Dermot Mulroney manages to be a likable character despite having two gorgeous women after him!!! There are a lot of really funny moments in this film including the 'Say a Little Prayer for You' dinner table scene. Don't expect this film to be mind blowing, but it is a really nice story and of course has the obligatory happy ending.
Overall rating - One of my favourite rom coms of all time 4/5

Good review of the film itself, although I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD features. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good? If you add to this, or if you change it to be posted as a "Film Only" review, which can be done by accessing "edit review" above the review and changing the drop down menu under the "Which format are you reviewing?" question at the bottom, please let me know and I'll re-rate.
