After a couple of pilot episodes that pushed into OTT visual stylishness, the show has settled into mildly repetitive though watchable blandness: for the most part it avoids story arcs and a large cast of regulars in favour of plugging its characters into the stock plots of television SF, such as doubles, vengeance crusades and untrustworthy lovers.On the DVD:Mutant X Series 1, Volume 3contains the following episodes: "A Whiter Shade of Pale". Adam's invisible ex-lover Danielle needs stabilising by a gene resequencer which has been stolen from him by Eckhart's agents. "Double Vision". New mutant Maddie splits Emma into two--one Emma is completely ruthless and prepared to destroy Eckhart and the GSA at huge cost in life. "Blood Ties". Jesse meets his father again and is recruited by him to a vengeance crusade that may be a cover for industrial espionage. "Altered Ego". A mutant's power changes Adam into a ruthless villain determined to destroy his friends. This is one of the best dramas of the 1980s. The boxset has all 3series and the bonus 'reunion' episode. The series concentrates on the women's POW camp. The three series are based on real life experiences. Despite this being an excellent drama it is not the type of thing you can say 'I enjoyed watching that' Despite it having a 12 certificate I personally wouldn't recommend it as suitable for anyone under 15.
During the three series we see the women suffer at the hands of the Japanese guards. Food rations being cut, low medical supplies and death could only be around the corner for one or even all of the women.
The cast are fantastic. Stephanie Cole (better known as Diana Trent in Waiting for God) as Doctor Beatrice and Burt Kwouk as the sinister Captain Yamauchi to name but two.

Family Guy. Where to Start....
Out of all 6 Series' of Family Guy Season Three is one of the Best.
21 Episodes, Very long Runtime, 3DVDSet, Very Cheap Price!
In my opinion, After watching all 21 episodes (aswell as alot of episodes from other seasons), It is EXTREMELY worth the Money. Full of cheap, short laughted but also pure, classic comedy, I Guarantee that it will make you laugh.
You can expect to pay around £10-£18 for this Item. Which, frankly, is pretty good for some ''Freakin' Sweet'' Comedy.
Season 3 is also the Longest Season of Family Guy to date! Most of the other DVDs include about 11-17 Episodes, So if you haven't Watched Family Guy Before, Season 3 is the Place to Be!!

The Boxset is a must have for any Friends Lover. if you watch re-runs of the show on tv and can say every line of any episode, your a fan, so go get this Boxset. it includes every season, with bonus extras, out-takes, and bloobers from each season. the best part about it is that you will have them all, and you won't have to go looking online for free channels to watch it, or wait every day to the late hours of the night just to enjoy an episode or two. you can sift through any season anytime your feeling a little down, and you need a friends pick me up! this is great series and you should probably look into getting it if your a true fan of Friends ...
