...not actually a fan of U2 until I saw this documentary film on TV. I quite liked a few of their previous songs, after seeing U2 perform on 'THE TUBE', a music programme in the early 80s. This dvd concert captures u2 at their very best and a 2 hour and 12 minute running time is in my opinion not long enough. One of the best hip hop concerts ever

Advantages: Great Coverage of the concert
Disadvantages: Lack of special features

...the concert live. First up on stage is Ice Cube, who comes out of something that resembles an ice cube. His set isn't very long but he performs some of his classics and was more than enough for me as I am not very familiar with his music. ...and Snoop. The have loads of video interludes which are stunning. They also have a tribute part of the show when they mention dead rappers, and sing 2 2pac songs. This part is very moving. Afterwards they carry on singing new and old hits. One nice aspect of the DVD is that you also get to see Xzibit and Devind the Dude on some of the songs along side with the main acts. This is the first thing I watched when I got a DVD player - The Up In Smoke Tour, featuring Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Ice Cube. This DVD contains 2 1/2 hours of live tracks , skits and backstage footage from some of the most influential rappers of our era.
