The Rocky Horror Picture Show/ Shock Treatment dvd set

Advantages: rocky horror - Very original, funny, good soundtrack.
Disadvantages: Shock treatment = v poor in comparison to rocky horror. just weird.

I watched the rocky horror picture show at a friend's house and immediately loved it! Whilst looking to buy the DVD for myself, i came across this dvd set, with rocky horror and the added bonus of a related "sequel" to rocky horror called Shock Treatment. Funny Barbara!

Advantages: Barbara's amazing voice, very funny!
Disadvantages: The sequel not quite as good as the original

Top Hat, Tails and Glamour

Advantages: Art Deco and wonderful dances
Disadvantages: Possibly a little dated now

Thank you for the music, Mamma Mia! triumphs

Advantages: Great music, vivid scenary, great setting
Disadvantages: Storyline could have been improved on.

Review of Mamma Mia! (Blu-Ray)

Joseph DVD is entertaining but you need to be a real "Joseph" fan

Advantages: Great songs and a well known storyline.
Disadvantages: Poor sets which made me feel I was watching a school play.

This version of Joseph is fantastic...if you're a Donny Osmond fan. Which is why I watched it in the first place. Otherwise I think it's a disappointing version of an excellent Andrew Lloyd Webber/Tim Rice masterpiece. The storyline sticks to the original well known story, with a host of wellknown songs, which in my opinion are well orchestrated and sung by the cast.
