LIVE AID - DAY THAT ROCKED THE WORLD Advantages: Great memories of a great day Disadvantages: None ...date was yes it was Live Aid, I was 16 at the time sadly I didn't get to go there as it was down in London (Wembly Stadium), but I got to watch it all on the Television. It started in London at Midday, USA joined in at Midday their time which was around 5pm our time UK ended at 10pm then USA took us through to around 4am next day what a spectacular show it was. From a bad girl to a beautiful stranger Advantages: great songs, great videos Disadvantages: doesn't include any more up-to-date stuff ...Girl, and the video stars Madonna and Christopher Walken is some murder/spy type tale that I haven't quite grasped. Next is Madonna's cover of Fever, with Madonna sporting red hair and body paint. Not a great song, though. Rain is a really good video, very stylish and it hasn't really dated although it is now 8 years old. Secret is another good black and white video and a good song. Take a Bow's theme is bullfighting, and it is a strong track that ... ...hats! Human Nature feature Madonna and a lot of leather clad dancers - "I have no regrets" she asserts at the end. Live 8 - Changing the World Advantages: A day of History on DVD. Loads of really good artists live. Disadvantages: No commentary and some of the extra's are a bit weak. ...names in music today performing live for your viewing pleasure. Its a bit like a compilation CD, but only you can see the artists performing live and the atmosphere from the crowds watching is electric and pulses through you as you watch. Its hard to explain in words how this show makes you feel. If you were there then you can reminisce of memories of the show you reember and the feeling you had when you were there. If (like me) you weren't there ... ...you can watch it all live now and still say that you were part of something big and helping the world. Back to the DVD. Its crammed full of performances on each disk. All in great quality (audio and visual) and are produced and captured very well. You turn off the lights, pull the curtains across, whack on the surround sound and you will feel like you are there in the crowd. The atmosphere is captured very well. In Bed With Madonna Advantages: Pure Madonna Disadvantages: None ...sad when it shows you Madonna visiting her Mothers grave. The most part is funny and humourous and damn right filthy! Want to know how Madonna gives head then watch this DVD as she demonstrates her ability on a Water Bottle! The Blond Ambition tour was an amazing tour and to see behind the scenes is amazing with all the hard work.
