...do the same with the Queen dvd.I dug it out of the archives,had a watch and still enjoyed it as much as i always did.Sometimes it pays to not overplay any music you have as it then tends to become a little boring.It must be a couple of years since i watched this so this is my view on what i consider to be an excellent dvd.
The design.......
This dvd case is designed in black with the now famous four band members in their traditional 'Bohemian Rhapsody' ... ...was an unusual video by Queen standards but fun nonetheless.
The hilarious 'Flash' with its clips from the film never fail to make me chuckle because i think its god awful but that is Queen in a nutshell.Always open to the challenge of pushing the boundaries of the ridiculous.
'We Will Rock You' is of course a great song and has been performed but never bettered by other artists.Had many a hand clapping session to that song when intoxicated i must ...

...time. if you are a metallica fan or a metal fan of any kind, i guarantee you will absolutely love this dvd. it has awesome videos of the band playing several of their greatest hits either live or the original music videos. my favorite video was 'One'. all their live performances are amazing, the sound and picture quality are both very high and very satisfactory. this is a must have for all metallica fans and is definitely one of my favorite metal ...

Advantages: A great concert with surprisingly good special features. Disadvantages: A few finicky menu screens
...this sort of thing from U2 before - in fact, even if you have, the Mexico City version is arguably one of the best. A totally stripped-down Sunday Bloody Sunday solo by The Edge is just one example of the reinvention that the warhorses of the U2 setlist have undergone. 'One' is one of the best performances of that song ever, and the combination of Please followed by Streets is incredibly powerful.
OK, so everything on-screen looks completely ridiculous, ... ...noticing that anymore. Now onto the special features - often poor on releases of this type, but not in this case.
There are some interesting documentaries hidden beneath some fairly annoying menu screens, which make you wait for a while before you can access the next screen, but the highlight of the second DVD is undoubtedly the perfomances from Rotterdam - don't miss.
A feast for any fan of the album Pop, but the live perfomances are so much better ...

...THE MONEY!!!i have seen other queen dvds but none are as good as this because Freddy mercury is either dying or they havent sung their best stuff yet! but this one is at the perfect time it compares to queens performance at wembley. it is so entertaining that i had my foot tapping all the way through it!when you watch this dvd it makes you realise how much a good band they are and how they inluenced bands like the darkness and other bands and singers. ...

Advantages: A day of History on DVD. Loads of really good artists live. Disadvantages: No commentary and some of the extra's are a bit weak.
...names in music today performing live for your viewing pleasure. Its a bit like a compilation CD, but only you can see the artists performing live and the atmosphere from the crowds watching is electric and pulses through you as you watch. Its hard to explain in words how this show makes you feel. If you were there then you can reminisce of memories of the show you reember and the feeling you had when you were there. If (like me) you weren't there ... ...you can watch it all live now and still say that you were part of something big and helping the world.
Back to the DVD. Its crammed full of performances on each disk. All in great quality (audio and visual) and are produced and captured very well. You turn off the lights, pull the curtains across, whack on the surround sound and you will feel like you are there in the crowd. The atmosphere is captured very well.
