Over Christmas my daughter really enjoyed watching a couple of musicals on T.V. I also loved musicals as a child, and this prompted a visit to my mothers to raid the old forgotten VHS box. The Rocky Horror Picture Show/ Shock Treatment dvd set

Advantages: rocky horror - Very original, funny, good soundtrack.
Disadvantages: Shock treatment = v poor in comparison to rocky horror. just weird.

I watched the rocky horror picture show at a friend's house and immediately loved it! Whilst looking to buy the DVD for myself, i came across this dvd set, with rocky horror and the added bonus of a related "sequel" to rocky horror called Shock Treatment. The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Lip Box)

Advantages: the dvd itself and the novel box design
Disadvantages: shock treatment

I love the rocky horror picture show and have done since coming across it in about 1980 I have watched it on hundreds of occasions and been to see the play, but this box set is really only for the die hard have to dress up club. The actual lip box is great and makes a excellent ornament in the living room ( I find moving it around frequently maximises effect) other than this the set includes some postcards and a couple of booklets and guides and ...
...and did nothing special at the time of release either. As long as you can get the set cheap then fine but I would not recommend paying to much unless you are a die hard fan And I paid the full RRP of £70.00 at the time. ...

rocky horror, the best film made in the 70's

Advantages: very interesting
Disadvantages: weired
