Advantages: The Surround Sound Disadvantages: Lack Of Songs
I have been a fan of meatloaf for many years and have seen him in concert may of this year.Though he is continuing to write new material it is not a touch on his music from the late seventies and early eighties.
I purchased this dvd knowing that the best of his musical career would be on this and it would be one i could enjoy time and again.
Of course there are people that would disagree and maybe prefer his new music but im here to give an opinion ... ...cover is typical of meatloaf album and dvd design with the usual man on machine blasting out of a graveyard and into the night.
So ok,maybe not one that jumps off the shelf at you but all in all if your a fan then you know what to expect.
The dvd contains nine songs and they are as follows.

...a must have for all Whitney fans new and old.
There are so many good videos on this DVD.
Spanning from 1985 until the DVD's release in 2001.
Videos include I will always love you , i have nothing , how will i know, step by step, i wanna dance with somebody, run to you , im your baby tonight and many many more hits..............
The early videos have big hair and bold clothes! Thats the 80's for you! I like I wana Dance its such a fun video and ... ...for the songs from the Whitney movie soundtracks are more classy with Whitney wearing designer dresses and beautiful headscarves...I love the I have Nothing Video ...Its simlpe but effective showing Whitney fro her amazing voice.
AS the yeasr go on we see Whitney videos get more hip. Its Not Right video shows Whitney in a funky dress totally different to her usual style surrounded by women singing It aint Right. These videos appeal to the younger ...

Advantages: EVERYTHING!! Disadvantages: None that i can think of
...is a must for all savage Garden fans. This is a show case of their best songs and of Darren Hayes' ability to actually be able to sing live, unlike a lot of popstars nowadays. The documentary also offers an insight into life on the road and is just really interesting to watch as a savage Garden fan.
It such a shame that this band went their separate ways, as they could have only ever got better. They departed us on a high though, and this DVD really ... ...remember them. You never get bored from watching it over and over, as their's always bits that you didn;t notice before. brilliant performances of the haunting song 'Two beds and a coffee machine' and also a danced up version of 'I knew i loved you' - very interesting, to say the least!!
The DVD lasts for 110 minutes according to the box

Advantages: Great extras section with footage from Europe. Disadvantages: Feels disjointed as each song is from a different gig.
...must have for any serious Pearl Jam fan but also a great selection of their back catalogue for any new fan looking to get a good feel for their sound. The songs are taken from a series of concerts on the North America tour leg which makes the whole thing feel a little bit disjointed and their is little interaction with the crowd between songs due to the editing. Advantages: Demonstrates the lifestyle of the Offspring, Great live perfomances. Disadvantages: none
...mixture on live performances by the offspring and videos of the members skating, sky diving etc.
The Offspring are a punk band started in the 80's in Orange County and by the time they released this DVD they had had great success. This DVD has Greg K base jumping, Noodles BMXing and snowboarding, Dexter Holland flying and sky diving, Ron Welty Skateboarding and surfing.
The Live perfomances include Staring at the sun and LAPD and has interviews ...
