...all very different from what Alanis has done in the past but it is very clear how she has gotten to where she is. Call me crazy but when you listen to an artists collection from start to end, I like to see some sort of progression and evolution. Alanis Morissette is amazing at evolving and changing. Unlike other artists she does this smoothley and naturally over the years. She doesn't go from black eye liner and guitars to bubble gum and pony tails ...
...great collection of interviews with Alanis over the years, concert footage, songs and a lot of laughs. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of is that occasionally the dvd would flip between concerts and music videos mid song. I loved seeing the concerts, and I loved hearing the music, but the huge change in quality of sound was a tad distracting.
