This was Disney 36th animated film and a great film it is.
Mulan is a young girl and doesn't want fit into the traditional society that they have in China and when she finds out that her father (the only male in the family so he has to go) has to leave home to battle against the Huns who are invading China.
As Mulan's father is getting on in his age she is very concerned about this and comes up with what she thinks is a brilliant plan. Mulan disguises herself as a man as leaves for the Imperial Army to train with a group of fearless warriors. Once she gets into the army no-one realises that she is a young girl and to start off with she doesn't do to well, however that changes as Mulan becomes a great solider and prepares to go into battle.
Mulan's has a faithful guardian dragon called Mushu (voice of Eddie Murphy) follows her on her travels, he is abit witty but Mulan will need more from him.
This film has got its usual brilliant effects especially the avalanche, fantastic music and is full of action pack adventure.
More than likely become another Disney Classic.
