...Mulan is the best Disney film since Lion King, and that says a lot. Mulan is the young chinese girl who messes everything up at the matchmaker, and embarrases her family. She just don't know how to be a proper girl. Her father is called to war, but she goes instead of him, to save his life. She pretends to be a boy, and does a good job. To help her she has got a tiny dragon, who in his own way is trying to get back into the good book s of the ancestors. His voice is by Eddie Murphy, and that does it. Great story, and funny characters...

Advantages: Geat music and great film Disadvantages: Some scary seconds
...Mulan is a great film, full of action, adventure, comedy and even a little romance. The story is about girl called Mulan, and her father has to go and fight for china against the huns. However she does not think this is right so she pretends that she is her father and goes off to fight for china, dressed as a man and is accompanied by a little dragon ( Eddie Murphy).
There are some great effects in the film, my favourite is when the huns army are charging down a mountain. Also the songs are excellent and great to sing along to ( once you know them). Altogether, a great family film taht you must own. I myself have seen it many many time I dont see why you should miss out....

Advantages: typical Disney Classic Disadvantages: a few scary scenes
...Disney has done it again! Another wonderful animated movie, their 36th to be exact, based on the ancient legend of a young Chinese girl called Mulan.
Mulan has to be one of the best animated movie's ever made - and it gets better each time you watch it. As with many Disney movies there are a lot of small things thrown in here, there and everywhere, which you only notice after watching a few times.
Mulan tells the story of a young girl who goes to war to spare her father. She dresses as a man, and runs off to join the army. Mulan’s ancestors are convinced that she is going to dishonour the family name, so they set about finding the most powerful and wise guardian to help her on her way. Mushu - a dragon, voice by Eddie Murphy, is a guardian who has been disgraced and wishes to earn his place back with the guardians again...
