The workouts are really fun and easy to do as you are instructed by Mr Motivator the whole way through the workouts.Music is played throughout as well which is very encouraging.Real people are ... ...it as hard to see other people doing it with you!!
Overall it is one of the best fitness dvd's i have and you can also combine some of your favourite workouts to compile your own special workout.With this dvd you can get fit,loose weight,tone up and most importantly have fun!!

I'm a non stop yoyo dieter. I have numerous exercise dvd's. But in my opinion this is the most enjoyable exercise dvd i've worked out to. Mr Motivator's compulsive enthusiasm radiates out to you. What i love is with this dvd and his exercises you don't need to have a lounge the size of a ballroom to do them in. I'm quite a large lady but i managed nearly all of the exercises eventually with a little practice. Great fun and highly recommended. My ...
