The Simpsons - Classics - Heaven and Hell is yet another of the 'classics' series of Simpsons DVD's. There are four episodes included here, each having something to do with heaven and the other place. They are "Bart Sells His Soul", "In Marge We Trust", "Treehouse Of Horror IV" and "Homer The Heretic".
In "Bart Sells His Soul", Bart sells his soul to Milhouse for 5 dollars after proclaiming they don't exist. He soon regrets the sale though, as his dog is very edgy towards him, automatic doors don't open for him anymore and Marge feel like he is missing something. In the end he gets it back from an unlikely source. A Bart-centric episode, it touches on what a soul is and how someone can possess such a thing. The Simpsons writers are excellent at trying to explain these things in a brilliantly comic way.
"In Marge We Trust" has Marge ...

When they took to ...

, here it is. A blonde girl in a bank is cursed by a disgusting old gypsie lady who takes her button and breathes on it. There is some crazy fight where the chick jams a ruler into said old lady's gob (unrealistically) and there is nothing gory or scary about this, it is if anything comedic. Perhaps viewers such as myself would not have been so annoyed if we had not been lead to believe this was a scary movie. Anyway, this girl is now cursed and plagued by some pretty boring rattling of a gate in her house and this leads her to murder her cat on the recommendation of a medium she has associated herself with after a reading. Justin Long plays crazy girl's soon to be fiance, however, crazy girl is none to quickly dragged off to hell.
Some amuzing scenes, if I am honest, especially the grave scene at the end and maybe the last scene (Justin Long ...
