I loved this movie growing up i watched it countless times im surprised it still plays in my VCR it follows the story of the game mostly some of the people Lui Kang, Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade fight are not characters in the game but arenas from the game made it into the movie like the Living Forrest and Scorpion's lair. Fatalities are a corner stone in the movie but not like in the game after Shang T'sung says Finish Him! and the winner kills his/her opponet Shang T'sung will say Fatality! hardly any special moves were done Lui Kang's Fireball, Shang T'sung's Soul Steal, Scorpion's Spear and Subzero's Iceball are among the few special moves seen. the characters were done well Goro and Reptile who were done using special effects dont look too fake and the costumes make the characters look how they do in the game. some people say this movie was a flop but its the best movie made from a video game i think and i cant wait for when the rebute movie gets made.
