I first saw Micheal McIntyre when I was about 9, (I am writing this review at the age of 10!) on We Are Most Amused. My mum told me he was really funny, watched...and decided that he was the best comedian out of the bunch! Then, I've seen him on Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You.
Then in Christmas 2008, my dad got me this DVD, Michael McIntyre - Live & Laughing.
In my opinion, all of the sketches were fantastic! The sketches that I found really funny were the "Argos", "White Wine", "Think *****, Say Tut", "Traffic", "Playgroup" and "Buffet".
The DVD also comes with an extra, which is Michael's 2007 Live At The Apollo performence, I think this is very funny! My favourite sketches from here were: "Trains", "Telephones" and "Walking".
My mum got this from HMV for about £14.99, I think. But you should be able to find it cheaper, now that the price has gone down.
Overall, I think this DVD is perfect! We need more Michael McIntyre!
Hope this has helped, AlexanderBanks

Thanks, and I do think I am one of Ciao's youngest members. You need to be 10 or 10 this year. No lieing about how old you are! I read in a BBC interview that Michael said:
"I don't make up gags, I just take things that I think are funny."

Think you're probably one of ciaos youngest members then. I have just watched this DVD, and I thought it was funny, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. I like comedians who draw comedy from their own life, Michael obviously 'makes' up a lot of his jokes and it just didn't flow as well as I would have liked. A good review. Kirsty xx
