Advantages: Shows you how to do exercises correctly, balance games are fun, the balance board Disadvantages: doesn't get that hard if you are really looking to build your fitness
I bought my wii fit a few months ago now and after a couple of uses put it away and forgot about it. I started doing normal exercise DVDs instead as I thought they would be more beneficial. Advantages: Very enjoyable with a few friends in the evening and helps you to keep fit Disadvantages: Expensive and very hard to get hold of and can only play as a mii

So whilst people moan about it not be amazing, they are missing the point because thousands of people want one but yet cant get one. Secondly the price is still very high, it really should have come down by now or of started off at a much lower price.
Thats the bad points, what about the good ones. Well i wouldnt say that its outstanding as a fitness ...

I am concentrating in this review on what my personal experiences as a mentalhealth nurse have been and whether I recommend it as a career option. I have been a mentalhealth nurse for nine years after being made redundant from Learning Disabilities nursing and doing a one year fully funded ...
