Mean girls is one of the best DVD's i own, having watched it about 20 times i know most of the words and never get bored of watching it. Lindsay Lohan is one of my favourite teenage actress's and i think this is one of her best film's she has done along with The Confession's Of A Teenage Drama Queen. Lindsay Lohan, who play's Cady, the main role in the film goes from being home-schooled in Africa to being one of the most popular girls in her new school. On about the third day during lunch at her school she meets the plastics who ask her to eat lunch with them after a very disgusting conversation with the school perve, Jason. Regina George, Gretchen Weeners and Karen Smith (the plastics) told Cady to sit down at their table, she didnt know what to say as her two other very unpopular friends were sat down at another table wondering what was goin on. The plastics told Cady their fashion rules and that if she ever broke them she wouldnt be able to sit with them. After school Janice asked Cady what happened at lunch and she said to cady that she has to sit with them to find out all of the mean stuff that the plastics say about other people, Cady seems to wonder why janice hates the plastics so much so she gets a little confused as to why Janice is that bothered about her sitting with them. The film carries on and there are fights between the plastics over Arron Samuels and parties. Cady tries to make Regina fat when Cady fancied Arron and Regina went out with him, Cady just tries to totally sabbotage Regina so then she is not the most popular girl in school. This film has a really good base story to it and the director and crew chose the right people to play all of the parts. I would so recommend this film to everybody who is looking for a laugh and some drama. It is one of the DVD's where you sit in on a night with all your friends and you get popcorn and have a girly night in.

I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD features. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good? If you add to this, or if you change it to be posted as a "Film Only" review, which can be done by accessing "edit review" above the review and changing the drop down menu under the "Which format are you reviewing?" question at the bottom, please let me know and I'll re-rate.
