Advantages: Very entertaining and easy to read Disadvantages: The storyline can be obvious
I really enjoy reading books by MaryHigginsClark, I have read a lot of her books.
MaryHigginsClark is an america suspense/psychological novelist. She has written many best sellers in the US including Where Are The Children and On The Street Where You Live.
Along with writing her own books MaryHigginsClark has teamed up with her daughter Carol HigginsClark to write mystery novels.
Her books are very easy to read and they are very good at catching your attention and keeping you wanting to read more. Once I start reading one I just dont want to put it down and having short chapters helps to keep me reading, at the end of each chapter I am left wondering what is going to happen next, then when I think how the following chapter is only a couple of pages I think to myself I'll read one more chapter and that can keep me reading ...
Advantages: fairly short, easy to read Disadvantages: ending becomes obvious after reading a few of her books
I have read several of MaryHigginsClark's books and i found them all gripping. The books are easy readers and fairly short, which means that the story progresses rapidly keeping the reader entertained. The downside to MaryHigginsClark's books is that after reading a few the ending becomes clear soon after starting a new story, but that doesnt stop the pages in the middle been gripping. I have often stayed up late into the night reading her novels and will probably continue to in the future. I would recomend these books to anyone, even if you arent a fan of crime novels. I would specifically recomend where are the children, I found it to be slightly different from the other books I have read by MaryHigginsClark but still interesting, and it kept me up late into the night. ...
Advantages: shows creativity and keeps you interested Disadvantages: you will not want to do anything else
MaryHigginsClark should be applauded for her outstanding work on "All Around the Town" this outstanding novel will keep you on the edge of your seat for hours on end. For me the book started as just another number on my quota for the end of the school year, number 7 out of 25 to be more exact. Before the second chapter began I was already hooked! I couldn't put the book down to eat or sleep, and I found myself wishing it were longer before it finished. I found the kind of enjoyment in this book that one may only find from a suggestion of a close friend or relative. The shocking outcome made me want to suggest it to all of the people I knew! This book is worth your time and the effort to get started on it. There isn't a page that goes by that is'nt enjoyed. Just be prepared for anything, and know that unfortunately, like all good ...
