Must See - Brilliant & Ingeneous martial arts!

Advantages: Culturally accurate (As I can tell), Comical, Excellent martial arts & Choreography.
Disadvantages: Not too deep, more for action than story.

I watched this movie as a recommendation from a friend. - And I'm glad I did. This is one of Jackie Chans' first films and helped hurtle him into stardom. Don't be put off by my special effects rating, a good martial arts film doesn't need them! The choreography is outstanding and carries the film from start to finish. Its a must see Jackie Chan classic!

Advantages: Who would have though alcohol makes you stronger????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disadvantages: Fight scenes too fast.........could even be an advantage???????!!!!!!!

Drunken master....where do I start. This movie has everything from realistic and innovative fight scenes, to comedy at its finest. The thing which struck me the most about this movie was that there was an absolutely perfect balance between comedy and martial arts action. Review of Drunken Master (Subtitled and Dubbed) (Wide Screen) (DVD)

Jackie Chan back in action, and serious acting.

Advantages: A strong movie, worth watching.
Disadvantages: Lack of Jackie Chan-ness for the fans

Action packed

Advantages: Great action, guns and fights. stunts
Disadvantages: more special effects.

His first Police Story movies were heartfelt with justice and morals, I never thought he had any more of that acting in him, but he proved me wrong with this movie, it was completely emotional from the point of him losing his comrades in the force to him trying his best to save his girlfriend, The story is about a gang of rich kids who have brought heavy arms off the interent, and have begun a game of robbing banks, only not to get away, but instead ...
