Disadvantages: I prefer Maggie Cheung to Charlie Yeung

Jackie Chan back in action, and serious acting.

Advantages: A strong movie, worth watching.
Disadvantages: Lack of Jackie Chan-ness for the fans

Action packed

Advantages: Great action, guns and fights. stunts
Disadvantages: more special effects.

His first Police Story movies were heartfelt with justice and morals, I never thought he had any more of that acting in him, but he proved me wrong with this movie, it was completely emotional from the point of him losing his comrades in the force to him trying his best to save his girlfriend, The story is about a gang of rich kids who have brought heavy arms off the interent, and have begun a game of robbing banks, only not to get away, but instead ...

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon Confuses Audience

Advantages: See what life might have been like during the Qing Dynasty
Disadvantages: it left the viewer confused with unanswered questions

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon takes place during the Qing Dynasty and tells the story of woman and men warriers and a sword known as the Green Destiny. I was utterly confused when watching this movie and had a hard time grasping my head around the plot. This story line was very difficult to follow and was needed to be searched on the Internet to discover the plot. Must See - Brilliant & Ingeneous martial arts!

Advantages: Culturally accurate (As I can tell), Comical, Excellent martial arts & Choreography.
Disadvantages: Not too deep, more for action than story.

I watched this movie as a recommendation from a friend. - And I'm glad I did. This is one of Jackie Chans' first films and helped hurtle him into stardom. Don't be put off by my special effects rating, a good martial arts film doesn't need them! The choreography is outstanding and carries the film from start to finish.
