There is also far more female nudity in this than I would normally expect in a series of this kind, and although I am certainly not complaining about that (the artwork is excellent), some may find it a little offputting when buying. It's also presumably the reason for the 15 certificate.
The DVD
This 2DVD set containing the whole series can be found for around £10 these days, which I think is great value. The DVD extras are nothing to write home about; there are gallery images, clean opening and closing sequences and the usual set of trailers for other series. ...

Overall I'm awarding a 3 star rating, dispite it appearing they've actually put some effort into the DVD e.g. by addiing bonus trailers, interviews and clips it still doesn't detract from the point that it's not a good series and is really aimed at little children. I'm still surprised Rowan let this go ahead, although Mr Bean wasn't his creation, it is his image and the new t.v. series ruins what was a classic masterpiece 'Mr Bean'.
