Advantages: good graphics and good effects Disadvantages: very imaginary
...the matrix widescreen is a very good film indeed because of the graphics mostly. I would recomend you see it but you should only see it once because it gets quite a bit boring after a bit because i watched it twice and it got completely boring the second time. i would not think it is suitable for people under the age of 12 because there is quite a bit of violence and i dont suppose you want that to be shown to your children if you have any, no offense. but in an overall review the matrix widescreen is very good but also has its disadvantages....

Advantages: Good special effects, great lighting, Disadvantages: Story lacks depth, seems a little dark compared with previos films
...This film was not as good as it could have been but was still enjoyable to watch none the less, this widescreen DVD edition does have high quality visuals and sound, and a wide selection of special features that contain behind the scenes information and documentaries, the special features also include cast interviews.
The story line in this movie was not as deep and insightful as in earlier Star Trek films, and there is a lack of depth to the main characters portrayed in the TV series, other than Data and Picard. But overall i did enjoy this film, but I'm not sure if i would have liked it as much if i wasn't a star trek fan....
