The Macbeth study guide is an excellent tool to develop knowledge, skills and understanding required for the GCSE's. it gives expereinmce of a stage production and develops and understanding of stage setting, stage directions etc which help to further understand the text.
The guide includes key aspects for discussion and provokes thought and generates questions for discussion. It gives an indepth understanding to the text and answers frequently asked questions.
The length of the DVD is long to watch in one sitting but the format is excellent so that you can watch it in smaller parts (ie scences/acts) tosupport in class work or as support at home. It can help to recap on work done in class to ensure you fully understand something before you move on.
